These terms govern access to and use of the Meridian private intelligence network. By applying for membership or accessing the member terminal you agree to be bound by them.
01Eligibility and membership
Access is granted by application and review. Submitting an application does not create a right of access, and the operator may approve, deny, suspend or revoke membership at its discretion.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the service is prohibited.
02Nature of the service
The platform provides market data aggregation, signal processing and AI-assisted interpretation for informational and educational purposes.
03Acceptable use
You may not share, resell, redistribute or automate extraction of platform output. Accounts are individual and non-transferable.
You may not attempt to bypass authentication, access another member's data, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
04AI output
AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or incorrect. No output constitutes a prediction, recommendation or guarantee of future performance.
You remain solely responsible for evaluating any output and for any decision you make.
05Suspension and termination
Membership may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, non-payment, or at the operator's discretion. Access is revoked automatically when a subscription lapses.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
