01Information we collect
Application data: full name, email address, messaging handle, stated interest, referral source and membership preference.
Account data: authentication identifiers, membership status, plan and subscription state.
Usage data: conversations with the AI analyst, uploaded chart images, watchlists and alert configurations.
02How information is used
To review applications, operate the member terminal, generate AI analysis, process subscriptions and maintain platform security.
Analysis requests are sent to an AI provider for processing. Do not upload information you do not wish to be processed by a third-party model provider.
03Storage and access control
Data is stored in a managed database with row-level access rules. Members can access only their own records; administrative access is limited to the designated administrator account.
Passwords are never stored in plaintext. Authentication is handled by the managed authentication provider.
04Retention and deletion
Records are retained while a membership is active and for a limited period afterwards. You may request deletion of your account and associated conversation history.
05Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, correction, portability and erasure. Requests can be made from the account section of the member terminal.
